When to call us
Forcing a dying car to limp home often turns a $400 repair into a $4,000 one. A tow is the cheapest insurance you’ll ever buy in the moment.
Car not safely driveable after a bump. Don’t limp it home, further damage may void your claim. We tow + document for the insurer.
Temp gauge in the red, oil-pressure light on, smoke from the bonnet. Pull over, switch off, call. Driving on will seize the engine.
Won’t go into gear, slipping, grinding, or stuck in one gear. Forcing it costs gearboxes. Flatbed tow only.
We try jumpstart first where feasible. If alternator’s failed mid-drive or the battery won’t hold, we tow to the workshop.
Modern cars often skip the spare to save weight. If the run-flat is shredded, don’t drive on it. We tow + tyre replaced same day.
Water-damaged? Stuck somewhere silly? We recover. Never start a flooded car, water in the engine means a new block.
Why we default to flatbed
Wheel-lift (2 wheels up, 2 wheels rolling) is fine for basic FWD or RWD tows. For anything else, flatbed prevents the tow itself from becoming the problem.
All-wheel-drive systems link front and rear through a transfer case or centre differential. Towing with wheels spinning on one axle can destroy the diff, viscous coupling or transfer case. Flatbed only.
EVs regenerate power through the driven wheels. Rolling them while off can overheat the motor or damage the inverter. Hybrids have the same issue plus a sensitive transmission. Flatbed, every time.
Standard tow truck ramps scrape front bumpers and underbody on sports cars and modified vehicles. Flatbed with low-angle tilt and recovery boards keeps the paintwork and undertray intact.
Damaged cars with broken steering, bent wheels or leaking fluids can’t be safely rolled. Flatbed with secure strapping prevents further damage during transport and meets insurer-surveyor expectations for photos.

Yes we do, separate from the emergency tow service. For scheduled workshop visits (servicing, repair drop-off, inspection), please let us know at least 2 days in advance so we can plan the schedule. Charges apply, starting from $35 per trip depending on pickup location and distance. Emergency towing uses the standard towing rates on the pricing table above.
Yes. Our dispatch line and WhatsApp are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays. Our workshop bays are closed outside operating hours, but your car is safely parked on site and diagnosed first thing the next working day.
30 to 45 minutes for most central and east-side locations. 45 to 60 minutes for west and far-north areas. Peak-hour, heavy rain and multiple concurrent jobs can push ETAs longer, we’ll give you a live update as soon as a truck is assigned.
Yes. Accident recovery is one of our core services. We use flatbed for crash-damaged cars to prevent further body damage, secure the load properly, and take photos for the insurance surveyor so your claim documentation starts the moment the car is loaded.
If your motor insurance is comprehensive and the tow follows an accident, yes, usually. Roadside breakdown cover varies by insurer, some include it, some offer it as an add-on. We’ll advise based on your policy. If we also broker your insurance, we know your coverage and handle the claim step for you.
No problem, but flatbed is mandatory. Electric and hybrid cars cannot be towed with any wheels rolling on the road, doing so risks damaging the electric motors, regenerative braking system or hybrid transmission. We default to flatbed for every EV and hybrid tow.
Yes for JB and the southern Johor area, case-by-case further north. Cross-causeway tows involve customs clearance, an immigration-cleared driver and often an insurer’s written authorisation. Quote on call, we’ll confirm feasibility and cost before dispatch.
No. You can direct the tow to any workshop you choose, or to your home, or to a dealer. We recommend towing to our workshop when repair is needed because it compresses diagnosis and repair into one visit, but the choice is always yours.
Yes, most trucks have a second passenger seat. If the truck is single-seater or the route is long, we’ll help arrange a Grab. Children and valuables should ideally travel with you, not left in the car being towed.
