Insurance claim coordination, accident damage assessment and panel repair. We deal with the insurer, the surveyor and the bodywork. You drop the keys and we hand the car back fixed.
Why it matters
After a road accident, the insurer wants the cheapest fix, the surveyor wants the fastest sign-off, and you want the car back in the same condition it was in before. We sit on your side of the table and make those goals line up.
Surveyors quote market rate for parts and labour. We push back on under-quotes and supply the photos and explanations they need to approve the proper repair.
Sometimes a quality used panel is the right call. Sometimes only a new OEM part will do. We tell you which is which and explain so you can decide.
A repaired car is worth less at resale than an unrepaired one, even when the work is perfect. We document the repair, file proper records, and help you make the diminished-value claim if it applies.
Cars left in the workshop accrue rental costs, lose mileage value, and can have follow-on issues from sitting. We schedule the parts, the bodywork and the spray timeline up front so the car moves through the bays without sitting idle.
What we handle
Six things we take off your plate when you bring an accident claim to us. Every claim ends with a written record so you have proof of what was repaired, what parts went in, and what the insurer paid for.
How we differ
Both can fix accident damage. The way the claim runs, what the insurer pays, and how the car comes back are not the same. Here is how the two compare on the things that matter when you have just had an accident.
The Block Exemption Order (BEO) means accident repair work at an independent workshop does NOT void your manufacturer warranty. As long as we use parts of equivalent quality and document the work, your warranty is intact. Singapore adopted the BEO from EU competition law, and reputable independent workshops have been doing accident work under it for years. Read more.
Our promise
When the surveyor pushes back on the quote, we push back too. We supply the photos, the part numbers, and the labour breakdown so the case is solid.
Some workshops add unrelated damage to a claim to pad the bill. We don’t. The insurer pays for what your accident caused, nothing extra.
One contact through the whole process. We brief our partner sprayer and panel beater personally and check the car at every stage before you collect.
FAQ
Call your insurer to file a claim within 24 hours. Take photos of all damage, both cars, the road position. If anyone is hurt, call SCDF first. If the car is undriveable, call us, we arrange tow.
Depends on fault and policy. If you have own-damage cover and you were partly or fully at fault, claim through yours. If the other driver was clearly at fault, claim through their insurer (third-party claim) to protect your no-claim discount.
Yes if you claim under own-damage cover. Most TPFT-only policies don’t drop your NCD. Third-party claims against the other driver’s insurer don’t affect your NCD at all. We help you decide which route is best.
Yes. Drop the car off, give us your claim number. We meet the surveyor on site, walk through the damage, supply the quote. You don’t need to be present.
Minor scratch and dent: 2 to 4 working days. Bumper or door: 5 to 10 days. Major panel work: 2 to 4 weeks. We quote a timeline upfront and call you if anything changes.
A properly documented repair has minimal effect. A poorly done one shows up at the next inspection or trade-in. We photograph every step so you can prove the repair was done correctly when you sell.
Diminished value is the loss in resale value caused by a repaired accident. Some insurers settle on it; many don’t pay unless pushed. We document the repair to support a diminished-value claim if you want to file one.
No. We’re a four-wheel workshop. For bike claims, we recommend a bike-specialist workshop and can refer you.
Most policies let you choose your own workshop. Some panel-restricted policies require a specific list. Check your policy or send it to us, we read it and tell you.
Insurance pays direct in most cases. For deductibles or out-of-pocket: PayNow, bank transfer, cash. We don’t take credit card to keep prices clean.
Depends on policy and policy age. Newer cars usually get OEM-equivalent. Older cars often get OES or recon. We explain what each policy entitles you to before any work starts.
If your policy includes a courtesy car, we set it up. If not, we work with a few rental partners and pass on a discount. Confirm with us at booking.
